You keep the long view.We build the foundation.

Automated systems for data, workflows and platforms — built for companies that think long-term.

Advised. Built. Operated.
What we do

Others advise — or build. We do both, and keep it running.

Most companies get strategy from one firm and software from another — and when something breaks, it's nobody's job. Eastrics covers the whole path: we find what actually slows you down, build the solution for it, and make sure it runs reliably for years.

We don't deliver slides. We deliver systems that run.

Services

Five pillars. One responsibility.

01

Automate your processes

data syncintegrationsautomated exportsinventory sync

Copy-paste, spreadsheets, data kept by hand — it eats time and breeds errors. We take exactly that repetitive work and hand it to systems that run flawlessly around the clock and watch themselves.

02

Digitalization & platform moves

Microsoft 365Google WorkspaceSharePointclean migrations

Out of the old system, into the new — without losing data or freezing your team for days. We plan the move, clean up along the way, and only switch over when everything truly fits.

03

Tailored web apps & tools

internal toolsdashboardsworkflow appscustomer portals

Off-the-shelf software rarely fits your process exactly — so we build the application that mirrors it. A tool your team works faster with, instead of bending to someone else's software.

04

AI where it saves real work

document analysissemantic searchautomationchecked quality

Not “AI because everyone is” — but where it measurably takes work off your plate: reading documents, making content searchable, preparing routine decisions. Cost-controlled, quality-checked, in real use.

05

Consulting & reliable operation

strategydeliverymonitoringbackups

We don't just plan, we deliver — and we stay. Around-the-clock monitoring, layered backups, clear emergency plans. Proof that what we ship still runs a year later.

Showcase · anonymized data

The most abstract part — made tangible.

Digitalization is hard to show. So we made it visible — two running examples with anonymized data.

A product from a shop catalog, turned live into the exact format a major marketplace demands — every field filled automatically, every image checked. Otherwise: manual work across hundreds of products.

Fashion brand → major online marketplace

The whole catalog onto the marketplace, no typing.

A fashion retailer wanted its shop catalog on a major department store's online marketplace — in a strict format, with always-current stock. Before, someone would have maintained it product by product, by hand. We built a tool where the team enriches products in batches, and automation does the rest: correct hand-off, checked images, automatic stock sync. Running in daily business.

Agency → full platform switch

8 TB sifted, the right things moved — nothing lost.

An agency switched from Google to Microsoft. Along with it: 548,000 files across 103 drives, around 8 TB — and plenty of old clutter that shouldn't come along. Instead of copying blindly, our system scored every file and decided automatically: what's actively used moves over; large media files go to cheap streaming storage; old material stays behind as an archive. Only what's needed lands in the new system — the rest doesn't clog it up. The team kept working from day one.

Employer with 100 locations → automated job portal

Job openings that keep themselves up to date.

An employer with 100 locations maintained its open roles by hand on the website — every new posting double work, every filled role at risk of lingering online. We wired the applicant system straight into the website: new roles appear automatically, filled ones disappear, in real time across all locations. The team maintains nothing twice.

Recommendations from 17 podcasts — finally searchable.

Thousands of hours of podcasts hide valuable book, film and music tips — impossible to mine by hand. We had AI listen out for every recommendation, verify it and collect it. A dead audio archive became a searchable product — for fractions of a cent per analysis.

How we work

Reliability is part of the solution — not an afterthought.

Operational care you rarely find from a provider this size — down to running dozens of client websites day to day, including security audits.

200+

tests per application

We test the actual logic, not just the easy normal case.

3-layer

backup strategy

Several backups by different routes — so no single failure ever costs you.

24/7

around-the-clock monitoring

The system flags itself the moment a process goes missing — before you notice.

Safe

repeatable processes

Jobs can re-run safely without losing anything entered by hand.
